Winter storm Northeast - Arctic cold - Plains

The Chicago Blizzard is now moving across the northeast.
One foot or more of snow from New York State east across
Central and No. New England.  Snow changing to rain
across NYC- Long ISland and Southern most New England.

Map above is for this evening. Storm moving off New England and in it's wake left over snow....and some lake effect. Cold and dry center nation. Low pressure in Rockies
will bring some snow there...and it will head east bringing snowshowers to Gt. Lks Tuesday...Northeast Wednesday.
