Not sure how the Northeast will fare this weekend....but New England could easily win out with sun breaking out Saturday afternoon and continuing Sunday. From NYC south..sticky Saturday with showers and a thunderstorm....then at least some sun Sunday. Makings of a northeast Monday and Tuesday could present the northeast and mid Atlantic will rain and wind....if storm stays closer to coast. Below....today's severe threat is dark green - yellow and tan.
