Satellite-radar: notice a curl moving across The Gulf States. That upper air energy will cause a coastal storm off the Carolinas today which will intensify and move up the East Coast and just offshore tonight. Winds are expected to be close to 70 mph close to the storm...and storm force winds could hit the Cape...also the place for the heaviest rains. Clearing windy for Northeast Wednesday. Below threat of thunderstorms today in
green followed by snowfall and rainfall into Saturday.
