Harvey is a Cat 2 hurricane with 115mph winds + moving toward Corpus Christie, Texas. He should make landfall tonight. A storm surge of 6'-12' likely...tornadoes....and very heavy rains. Since he will meander in that general areas for several days...rainfall could total more than 30" bringing life threatening floods.
