A quiet Easter from coast to coast...almost...

Satellite above is lighting up in The Gulf. That storm will bring wet and windy weather to the southeast today into Easter weekend. By Sunday...much of the wet weather will be offshore...but immediate coastal sections of Carolinas will still be unsettled.  System in the West - heads east and weakens.

Above...today's map shows that storm in The Gulf and wet in southeast. System moving into The Rockies will have some punch today and it too will weaken out.

You can see some residual effects from storm off SE Coast. A few scattered showers from Gt. Lakes to Texas....and that's pretty much it.
