Anthony Martello

Anthony Martello has his degree in Geology and working toward another in Earth and Atmospheric Sciences.
This is his first chance at radio broadcasting and he is very excited to do well and be a strong permanent part of Metro Weather. He was about 8 years old when NYC received over 20” of snow and found it so amazing that he got hooked on weather.
He loves to play and watch sports and is a big hockey fan (NY Rangers). Video games, computers and RC airplanes are also his pastimes.
Anthony is recently married and lives in Queens, New York.

Don McGrath

Don studied meteorology at Stony Brook University. He has a wife, daughter and a son Julian that he spends much of his time with. At 10 years old, he seems to be musically inclined just like his dad. Don plays drums and sings in a band, but also has a good hand in guitar and piano.
Don is a part time weather observer at the NYC airports. He has assisted Pat Pagano since the mid 2000's Metro, serving as a senior forecaster. Among his life time goals was to climb Mt. Washington, N.H. (highest wind recorded), and along with Pat Pagano he accomplished that goal in 2010.
Now he would like to fly into a hurricane. He's on the waiting list, so all that's left is a little patience.

Jeff Roberts

My love of weather first began with the blizzard of 1978. It’s one of the first memories I have and I have been hooked on weather ever since. I studied meteorology at Western Connecticut State University and graduated in 1997. From there I started my own private weather forecasting company and provided forecasts for various newspapers and other clients.
I love to travel with my wife and split time between the US and Hungary. I am an avid sports fan and love to play tennis, racquetball and basketball in my spare time.
