Next front moving into Plains. Notice the dip in the jet from The Pacific all the way down into Baja California. Off Mexico is Hurricane Vance. Jet should pick moisture up from Vanace and send it east by end of week to east coast.
High pressure over Carolinas will bring milder weather to East thru mid week. Front in Plains brings showery weather to center nation while another front continues the wet weather in the Pacific Northwest.

Amounts of rain expected Thursday and Friday. Amounts may be underplayed in Northeast is moisture from Vance gets involved.
