Satellite + radar shows storm along west coast which will race across Nation to bring snow a/o rain to The East Friday. Another system in Pacific will be a bigger storm over holiday weekend that will be very disruptive. Snow....north of the 2nd storm will be totaling over 1 ft. Below - snowfall predictions through Saturday....rainfall amounts into weekend. Above.....animated maps for next 2 days...below - high temperatures for Wednesday. Below - is the GFS models for late Sunday. It shows cold front moving offshore with a strong northerly wind..and snow over much of the area. It does not tell the whole story. Prior to that...rain along coast will change to sleet and then to snow making travel hazardous. Icy cold weather will follow by Monday.
