For those in the Northeast Labor day isn't the bright and sunny BBQ weather we'd prefer to have. With temperatures in the 80's and humidity too high for anyone's liking I keep hearing the same question: when will this weather end?
The good news is: we only have to deal with it one more day. Tuesday we'll have a 50% chance of scattered showers and thunderstorms with temperatures in the lower 80's for the Metro area, but on Wednesday we'll have plenty of sunshine and dew points will drop from an average of 70° from today to the mid 50's aka from 60-80% RH to only 40-50% RH. Even better news? The sunshine will continue into the weekend.

Other than the stormy weather in the NE and Hurricane Kiko in the Pacific, the Atlantic is relatively calm with only a few areas with a low chance of anything developing. But September is typically the most active month for hurricane season, so anything can happen.
