Satellite shows our front in Midwest...rain to the east...some snow  to the west. It will move east and bring some rain to The East tnte and into Thursday....before back to dry weather this weekend. Pacific NW seems to be taking this fall on the chin so far.
Picture
Map Above valid for Thursday a.m. Front with showers in the east....Pacific storm in NW...elsewhere....quiet.

Above....map shows expected temperature trend into mid November.  Most of the Nation...ABOVE......exceptions....West Coast - Below...
Rockies and Northeast - near the average.

Above....first map shows The Euro Model yesterday for late next week with a big storm for the Northeast. Just above...same model for
same time..but latest version...has a storm but 1500 miles west...over the Midwest.  My take...wait until after mid month for anything big to happen in the East. Later.
