East coast storms moving away....quiet and milder weather for much of the nation. System headed into the Rockies will become a major storm and bring big snows to Plains and Upper Midwest by Monday along with showers and thunderstorms from Plains eastward. Below ...temps expected for Friday......followed by rainfall over the next 5 days.
