Clipper storm in Midwest will bring heavy snow to Chicago and head east. Storm will bring rain to snow for Northeast....followed by the arctic plunge. Chicago could fall to -25F.......with record lows being broken in many places by Thursday. Below - expected snowfall and rainfall through Friday.
