Latest Northeast storm off Canadian Maritimes. Dry cold air over east. Clipper in Plains heads east....as long as it doesn't team up with moisture in Gulf...no big storms for the rest of the week.
Pattern has not changed with clipper lows coming out of Rockies and heading east. Wet weather will resume west coast.
