One storm exiting off East Coast - another brewing in Southwest. It will head for Great Lakes and bring blizzard conditions there this weekend...while bringing a swath of rain and milder weather to East by Sunday. Below - the jet stream. These high winds steer our weather..and you can see the flow is from the southwest to Northeast....all to left of storm track get winter...to the right...get spring.
